Jered Custom Homes has over fourteen years experience building Homes in the North Dallas Area.  We have specialized in building in the highly sought after Historic District of McKinney since 1997.

At this time we currently build new custom homes with a look and style that fits in with the Historic Style of downtown McKinney, but with all the modern amenities such as energy efficient appliances,  Hardie siding, vinyl windows and blown in insulation, the list goes on and on.  And since we specialize in this area we are very familiar with all of the requirements for building in the Historic District.  You don't have to do the research, we already have, making your choices that much easier.
